Local and quiet area

Pros: New and clean. Good value. Very local vibe in the area. 10min drive to a BTS station.

Pros: Smooth check-in and a fantastic location near the market gave it an authentic local vibe. Spacious rooms with excellent ACs made it super comfortable. For the price, it was an absolute steal—full of charm and character.

Cons: Just a heads-up—steps might be a bit tricky for families with kids, but otherwise no complaints!

Clean and quiet location

Pros: We only stayed for 1 night but it was really nice! Very clean. There are lots of single beds over the apartment but only 1 actual double bed (excluding the sofa bed). Would stay again!

Pros: Location near convenient stores such as 7-Eleven, Top Daily and local markets. Clean and quite spacious with modern amenities. Provided complimentary snacks and some board games to play with family. Chud, the host is very helpful and ready to assist anytime by recommending few places that we needed nearby the area, he also can be reach via Whatapps. Every floor are well air-conditioned.

Cons: Would be nice to have air fryer or small rice cooker to cook for a simple breakfast. Should provide proper channels for the TV and may provide iron (perhaps upon request).

Overall stay was good.

Pros: The house was very clean and tidy with all required bathroom and kitchen equipment.

Cons: Three storey house was difficult to run up and down stairs. Location was a bit far from the public transport.

Rest assured that you ll have an amazing host- Chud to welcome and guide should you need to some directions and good restaurant and place to eat. Pros: It's in the heart of the area, away from the chaos of Kho San rd, the host was so helpful, we arrived in the morning and he said it was no problem to check in highly recommended.
