Great aesthetics and good location
Pros: I liked this hotel. Great interior aesthetics. Spacious lobby. My room was on the fifth floor (with no elevator). The room was spacious, with beautiful dark teak parquet flooring, lovely dark teak furniture, a great bathroom, and a large window overlooking the street with beautiful alley trees. Room on top floor was quiet, with no noise from the hallway or other rooms through the wall. Equipment included a comfortable bed, wardrobe, kettle, hairdryer, and refrigerator, but no minibar. Surroundigs of the hotel are worth going for a walk. Self check in hotel, but actually there is always someone present inside the hotel, and keys were handed over to me by a receptionist. Housekeeping does a great job.
Cons: No elevator, which wasn't a problem for me, but some people might have a hard time climbing up the stairs to the upper floors

Pros: Location was great, near Silom bars and restaurants, not far to BTS. Room was comfortable with plenty of space. Good levels of cleanliness. A lot of reviews suggest difficulties getting access. It is simple if you read and follow their instructions. The owner sends a detailed message with everything you need to know. It was very straight forward. Fridge, kettle and coffee cups provided. I would definitely stay again when I am next in Bangkok.
Cons: A few small things you could provide to improve the guest experience - spoons, sugar and whitener to go with the coffee. Some cups/beaker in the bathroom. An iron/ironing board that can be borrowed would be helpful. I was on floor 4. There is no lift. For me this was fine but if you struggle with steep stairs especially if you have a lot of luggage, it may not suit you. Also, it is an unmanned property so you can't leave luggage and return later once you've checked out and returned the key. Again not a problem for me but worth bearing in mind.

Perfecto. Super recomendado.
Pros: La habitación preciosa, tal cual se observa en las fotos, la ubicación perfecta, muy fácil moverse por la ciudad desde el hotel, además de 7-eleven muy cerca. Super recomendado.
Cons: Lo único a considerar es que la habitación se encontraba en el 5to piso, por lo que subir con o sin maletas era bastante cansado. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Pros: Я не очень понимаю кто именно занижает рейтинги этому месту. Мы сильно переживали, а по итогу получили обыкновенный отель. Хороший номер, просторный, есть холодильник и телевизор, большой шкаф. Окна были, но они выходили в некий закрытый балкон, поэтому фактически вида на улицу нет. Все было хорошо, но вот отель вообще не отвечает ни на один вопрос в сообщениях
Cons: Тулет + Ванная сделана интересно, это стекла в пол. т.е. ты прям лежа на кровати можешь видеть что происходит. Есть жалюзи, но поднимать и спускать их постоянно не очень удобно, хоть и не критично. Если второй человек в душе и ты его видишь насквозь это даже весело, то если хочешь пойти в туалет - может быть не очень комфортно

Cons: Nous étions à l’appartement 14 6 étages à monter pas d’ascenseur. Mais c’était bien

This will be my permanent place to stay everytime I am in town.
Pros: Close to everything I needed for work and leisure. The room was spacious and perfect for a man traveling on his own or you could bring family with you if you need. The security is also a plus and the staff are amazing and please tale good care of them.
Cons: Those stairs going up to the fifth floor was too much! But it’s worth it once you’re there. Really my only complaint but not really.

Pros: Very simple Hotel – but exactly what I needed. Self-service with an entrance code but the room was absolutely perfect with nice wooden floors and a great bathroom. The location is perfect! No meed for any bad reviews on here if you know what you have booked. Recommend it :)
Cons: not much service, but via WhatsApp okay

Best place to stay to live a more local Thai modern way. I want this to be my home everytime I come to Bangkok.
Pros: The location is brilliant. It’s secluded, but still presenting them on a very busy few blocks of the city. It feels local. discrete. difficult to find for most taxi drivers or grab drivers, but the place gave me a nice masculine den to dwell in and relax and decompress after months of hard work. It was great to stay in a place like this it exactly what I needed. The security is amazing and they are there for you when needed but it was perfect staying here. I would come back again and stay for much longer.
Cons: There was an area that was closed off that seemed like a good space to work on my laptop and looking outside in a different atmosphere for digital work. But I’m sure they will open it eventually.
