Pros: Centrally located In the Wattana districts close to all amenities and supermarkets all in walking distance. The public transport BTS system all in walking distance taking you to all the popular areas for restaurants and shopping districts. Gift was the perfect host and no request was too difficult and met with great priority and enthusiasm I recommend this property to anyone wanting a long term stay in Bangkok. The apartment was spotless and with requests beds and linen were changed. Five star *****

Cons: Close to markets transport and public transport system all in walking distance to the apartment.

來曼谷二~三人訂房的絕佳選擇，強烈推薦!!!

Pros: 1.最重要的一點，屋主(Gift)能以中文溝通，讓出門在外的我們安心許多。 2.Booking.com上的照片就是實際屋況，整個公寓幾乎是新的，從一樓大門、電梯、房間、廚房...一切都很舒適。 3.特別強調：有2間浴廁，提供完整的衛浴設備，全都是乾濕分離，讓多人住宿可以同時使用，非常方便。 4.Gift非常親切，服務迅速、週到，我們入住15晚，需要一些餐具、鍋碗...很快就送到了，有些小問題也是很快解決。 5.公寓離RTS站步行約10分鐘，沿路都很熱鬧，不用擔心治安問題。 6.附近的生活機能很完整，步行15分鐘可到AEON超市及marko food超市，比傳統市場便宜許多，東西又新鮮、乾淨。 7.WIFI速度很快，幾乎全室訊號都很棒。 8.在此幫Gift說明一下，訂房說明未提到住宿期間有用電總度數的限制，以及需要預繳一筆押金，當你如住前會收到入住通知會提到上述2點，但千萬別擔心，實際上我們入住15晚，當我們發現實際用電度數會超過時，我們提出更多用電量需求，Gift也很快就同意了，她的本意是希望大家能節約能源，並非真要多收那一點點電費。

Cons: 1.公寓位於主要交通幹道，臨馬路的房間可能會收到車輛噪音干擾，影響睡眠，當我們向Gift反應，她30分鐘內就送來耳塞，使用上真能解決噪音問題。 2.後陽台緊鄰熱鬧的W Distric美食區，食物的燒烤煙味稍重，加上煙囪效應，偶爾會飄進屋內。
