Pros: Great host, clean and good location will be happy to stay here again next time im in BKK

It was a good stay for a short trip to Bangkok especially during the NYE.

Pros: The apartment was modern, pristine, and spacious. Everything works and accessible.

Cons: The property itself is great, but the communication was a bit challenging. Even though the property manager was responsive, whenever I had questions and issues that required more hands on solution, I had to send a separate message via email instead of via Booking.com (which couldn’t allow me upload photos). So the whole communication was a bit more complicated than necessary. The check in and getting into the apartment required a lot of steps, so again it could have been much simpler especially if you’ve had a long flight.

Its a fabulous place for families

Pros: Its a good place for family, the owner is cooperating and reply directly, the place is quite and secure and include a small garden on the roof with a nice pool and view , its near from the main places at bangkok like terminal 21 mall and asoke metro .

Cons: the cleaning services is available upon the request and it's not free.

Another great stay in Bangkok.

Pros: Nicely located within emsphere. BTS and metro. Also local restaurants. Coffee shops and bars. Very spacious and clean. Security system was good and communication for entry was well documented.

Cons: Nothing bad really. The street leading to it is daunting initially but you soon realise it’s safe and there was a great street market with clothes and food stalls on the corner. A 7/11 also.

Pros: Location is excellent! Very close to Terminal 21 and BTS. The apartment was very clean. Air conditioning was more than capable and water pressure is excellent. A wonderful stay indeed for my family of five.

Convinient

Pros: This area is very convenient, especially the BTS station. There are many delicious restaurants nearby also.

Cons: Air conditioner or air cooler must be installed at the entrance of the hall and inside the elevator, it is too hot.

We enjoyed the stay !

Pros: The apartment size is very good for the family. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for the stay. Though it is a short walk out to the main road, we could hop on to the buggy ride which was awesome.

Cons: May I suggest to provide an umbrella. This would be great in case of rainy days The bedding provision could be more comfortable with more pillows.

Pros: The host was very responsive and extremely helpful helping us to arrange our airport transfers. The apartment and all facilities were as advertised, very clean and very pleasant. There was even laundry detergent left out for us! The roof top pool was beautiful and mostly fairly quiet.

Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Pros: Strategic location. Nearby BTS Asok and there is a cafe nearby for quick coffee and bites. Mid point to the bar areas.

Cons: No comments. So far all good

Great base for a short break/holiday/business trip.

Pros: The Host was very responsive and provided clear details for getting in and using appliances etc in the apartment. The apartment was clean and simply furnished with everything required. The building had a nice rooftop with pool and tubs; garden / BBQ area and golf practice area. Also had good view over surroundings. It was within easy walking distance of Sukhumvit, Robinson & &711 for provisions, skytrain with a free buggy shuttle running during day ( was only around once to use it)

Cons: Only minor niggle which would be an easy fix would be for slightly better lighting in bedrooms/or provision of a reading light. It was rather dim.
