Pros: Location, staff, shuttle service, pool, room was comfortable and clean. Great to have washing machine also.

Cons: View from my room on second floor was just a wall, but guess positive of this is it was quiet.

Fantastic apartments and great staff

Pros: Lovely apartment with everything you could need, great to have a washing machine and dryer. Great staff who were very helpful and attentive. Lovely rooftop pool and garden which did not get busy. Short walk to MRT and BTS or get the free shuttle from the apartments. Would definitely return.

Pros: Nice and clean, good sized room, friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet in room and rooftop pool was nice. Convenient location - less than 10min walk to MRT / BTS stations and main Sukhumvit Rd area, but the complimentary shuttle service was convenient when in a rush or too hot.

Best Hotel / Apartment in Bangkok

Pros: Absolutely amazing! The rooftop pool, the gym, the rooms and especially the staff. I would definitely stay here again, it was exceptional. Also the breakfast was really great, everything was soo clean and the staff was so helpful in any terms. Everyone made sure I’m feeling good all the time. This is definitely one of the best hotels I every stayed in worldwide. And the best, it has apartment rooms so I could even wash my clothes and have a midnight snack - bonus: 7-11 is directly next to it. I really loved everything about this hotel! And the area is great too! It’s close to many rooftop bars, a bit further from the city centre, but with a grab motorbike it’s okay, just 30 minutes drive.

Cons: Nothing.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Pros: Great staff who speak English well & are service oriented. Convenient & free shuttle service provided by the hotel to the nearby BTS & MRT stations, which is also close to Terminal 21 Shopping Centre.

Cons: In our room, the shower is in the bathtub, which required climbing in and out taking care not to slip.

A Hidden Gem

Pros: Amazing location! You can easily walk to the BTS station, which is a big plus given the frequent traffic jams in the area. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and we even got a complimentary room upgrade. The room matched the description perfectly and everything was in brand-new condition — including a washing machine and ironing facilities. Great soundproofing, a super comfortable bed, and premium-quality toiletries. The smart toilet was a nice touch. The kitchenette had everything we needed for basic cooking. The pool and gym area were fantastic, and best of all — no crowds.

Cons: Breakfast was decent, but seating is limited, so it’s best to go early. There are also better breakfast options within walking distance.

Pros: Clean rooms, lots of space. The staff are very friendly. It's right by 7 Eleven which when you travel Asia you will appreciate. Pool opens until 10pm unlike most that close at 7pm.
