Overall, a lovely stay!

Pros: The place was clean and fairly spacious. The staff were helpful, and the accommodation felt very secure and safe. It is located in a lively local neighborhood with many street food vendors nearby. You can do your laundry in the building, but there are also several laundry facilities in the surrounding area. Additionally, you’ll find many convenience stores within walking distance.

Cons: The room was not well soundproofed. I noticed a faint smell of marijuana in the corridor at times. The internet connection was unreliable, often dropping for 30 seconds to a minute, making it unsuitable for video conferencing. Additionally, the water drainage in the bathroom was poor, leaving parts of the bathroom floor wet and attracting insects.

Budget-friendly stay with an authentic local experience

Pros: If you want to be close to the local area and see their authentic lifestyle, this is a great place! Everything is made easier with the help of fluent English speaking host. They were not on-site but we communicated via WhatsApp and Booking in-app chat, which is easy enough. The room was comfortable and great for this price range which is not easy to come by. Highly recommended for those seeking a simpler and unadulterated lifestyle unique to this area.

Cons: The place is run by a private host so do not expect the same treatment and utilities you'd get from staying at a chain hotel. But that's part of the charm I actually love :)

Very Good and cheap

Pros: The room is huge and internet is amazing. I was able to rest very well, the bed and room is cool and it is very quiet. They even have an elevator. So for a traveller like me, it is nice to rest.

Cons: They don't provide toiletries though. They don't provide towels and soap. Although this is very least of a problem as I bring my own. I had an experience before booking in a cheap hotel experiencing this. So I got ready and brought my own. The rest, it is perfectly fine. Quiet, cool, not stinky, comfortable bed.

Nice for the price

Pros: Für den Preis ist dies eine exzellente Unterkunft. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb und die Gastgeber sind extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer war eher schlicht aber sehr sauber.

Cons: Im Moment sind die Fenster sehr schlecht isoliert (Wärme und Schall) und es gibt kein warmes Wasser im Badezimmer. Kein Kühlschrank
