Pros: I've rated this studio a '10' because it pretty much delivers on everything it promises. It's a large, clean, quiet, well-equipped accomodation. Great location relative to the market and to water taxis. Good value for the money! And Mimi, the host, is a pleasure to meet and was responsive to a couple of things we needed. And while I've rated it a 10, note that this isn't deluxe accomodation. It was a massage studio prior to covid and still bears some of the trappings of such - a small reception-type desk, the room layout, the washroom stalls. But honestly, it all works. We'd be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok.

Comfortable, spacious accommodation with excellent host support - highly recommended!

Pros: Spacious room, perfect for 3-4 people. One large bed and one small bed. Very good air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms and one shower room. The host was very helpful. Great for both tourists and hospital visitors.

Cons: Would be nice to have a TV

Pros: The apartment is large and spacious. We like the benefit of having a small kitchen with large fridge and a microwave. There is a dining table to sit and eat together. The shower is in a separate room so you can shower and get dressed in private. The internet works nicely with no problems. The communication from the host is excellent, with clear check in instructions. Generally speaking it is also quieter than many local hotels. You don't get the late night banging of doors from slightly drunk guests, or the early morning banging of doors from people rushing for an early morning flight! We've stayed here four times now and its our regular place to stay in the area.

Pros: Fantastic Apartment in the Heart of Wang Lang – Perfect Location! I had an amazing stay at this cozy apartment in Wang Lang, Bangkok Noi. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked in a vibrant neighborhood with everything you need just steps away. There’s a laundromat nearby, plenty of street food stalls, big markets full of fresh produce, and easy access to the ferry, making it a breeze to get to the main temples and explore the city. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat from the lively streets. The area has a great local feel, with friendly vendors and a relaxed atmosphere, yet it’s still incredibly convenient for getting around Bangkok. If you’re looking for an affordable, well-located place with a truly local experience, this is the perfect spot. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cons: Mattresses are a bit hard but it’s very good for your back!

Pros: Great place with big space in perfect location. Wang Lang Market just outside the door. A few steps to Chao Phraya River. The apartment is very clean and nice decorated with a very nice host.

Quite place near city center

Pros: The apartment is located near the local market and despite being near the market - it is very quiet. It's a five minute walk from a pier with ferries. The room is spacious and has everything you need, even for a long stay. AC is located not above the bed (like in many hotels) but above the table, which is great as you can sleep at a comfortable temperature without ac blowing in your face. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. She helped us with various suggestions like where we can have breakfast nearby or what is the best time to visit a temple. Altogether I can recommend this place if some disadvantages below don't bother you.
