Pros: The apartment is very clean, the staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful, responding promptly via WhatsApp. The owner speaks perfect English, which is very rare in Asia. The apartment has everything you need, including a refrigerator. There's also a veranda with a beautiful view of the greenery, and outside there's a kettle, microwave, kitchenette, and sink. The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic—100% local, with a great local night market nearby.

Pros: Warmly welcomed by our helpful host, quick easy, comfortable, 10-15mn away from the Sai Tai Mai bus station **by car**. We found a great hotpot place outside in front of the Big C supermarket when we were there, among other good local restaurants.

Perfect place to stay.

Pros: We have stayed here before and we will stay here again. Fantastic value for money, this place is clean and tidy with everything you could need. The staff are ever so friendly. It is an easy bus ride from the Southern Bus Terminal, there are shops and eating places all around. There are funny little back roads that you sometimes get led down with google maps - it will lead you here. Toiletries, coffee and water all provided, there is a little shop on site as well.

Pros: Love this place, we have stayed here before, very friendly, good value for money and a short easy bus journey to the Southern Bus station.

Pros: It was by far one of my most peaceful stays in Bangkok. The owners are incredibly generous, helpful and most importantly, kind. It has plenty of food and market options around the area to indulge. I stayed for an extra day, and they went out of their way to provide me a room. Yes, it's a little far out from the central areas, but a simple Grab is easily available! It was no problem for me, and meant I could enjoy the chaos of the centre, and then return to a paradise of peace, little eateries and a comfortable bed. See you next time I'm in Bangkok!

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Pros: It was a very convenient and inexpensive place to stay for two nights to recover from jet lag after flying from London before travelling by bus to Ranong from the southern bus station. The manager/owner went out of her way to arrange a taxi for me to the bus station, came with me in the taxi and then made sure I went to the right window to get my ticket and then took me to the waiting area for the correct bus. This really was exceptional and a heart warming way to start my holiday in Thailand. I would definitely stay there again.

we stayed just for 1 night but everything was fine!

Pros: The girl the welcomed us was really nice and could speak English really well, the room had enough space for the two of us and it was well equipped with a small table, a tv and basics to eat (cups, bowls, boiler, cutlery). Also, they have a drinking water dispenser.
