Great stay

Pros: It's just a short 2-3 minute walk to the sky train station. The room is simply furnished but quite comfortable for sleeping. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Pros: The room was extremely spacious a cozy, and the bed was big and comfortable. The biggest plus point was that it was right beside the subway station (Si Barring) so it was really helpful considering I had luggage that I needed to wheel around. Due to the 24/7 staff at the reception and the fact that you need an access key to get in, the space felt really safe! The staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. The room was serviced everyday and they replenished amenities and replaced towels. A few things to keep in mind (not necessarily bad): (i) The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, however, it's far from the central where many tourist points are. (ii) There tiny window in the bathroom (which was covered) didn't provide ventilation but it didn't get in the way. (iii) The curtain had a small defect and didn't cover the entire window, but I had a sleep eye mask so everything was fine.

Cons: A água quente parou de funcionar depois da primeira noite, e como era ano novo e fiquei poucos dias não quis ter o incômodo de ter que mudar de quarto, então acabei não sinalizando os funcionários
