Good value for money

Pros: The pool is fantastic, very large with good facilities and you can sit and have a view of the river too. Rooms were spacious and mine had a nice view overlooking the river. Good value for money

Cons: Check-in was quite poor. I had booked 3 rooms. We arrived at 3.30 and rooms were still not ready. After another 20min wait 2 rooms were available, and I was told to go and wait in one of those rooms with other guests until my room was available. We weren't offered anything even a complimentary bottle of water, drink voucher or late check-out to make amends for the poor check in experience.

This place is Too old for a Bangkok experience

Pros: Room very spacious. Great view from balcony. Pool good. Food at restaurant very nice. Salon great. Masssge great.

Cons: It’s a retirement village!!! O m g. No mention anywhere of this fact! Miles out only access by car taxi. .

Great spacious apartment

Pros: It is very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms. We have stayed on 26th floor, It was wonderfull view to the pool and the river. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool was nice and not too many people.

Cons: Quite far from the city center, It is only bus station close (but no metro or train).

Another Enjoyable stay at Riverine.

Pros: Very clean with daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly and helpful if anything was asked, location is perfect for our needs, not too far from the Domestic Airport, 7/11 very close to the Hotel.

A peaceful clean place with great staff.

Pros: The three bedroom apartments are big, clean and comfortable with great views over the river. The pool is huge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value accommodation.

Really enjoyed the stay

Pros: The staff was very courteous and housekeeping excellent. Facilities available are excellent.

Cons: If only they had placed a microwave and a washing machine inside the apartment, it would have been perfect for those who are staying multiple days. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Relax and enjoy

Pros: Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is huge with a river view. Food at the hotel is tasty. Green and relax vibe.

Cons: Not really, apart from not having washing machine at the hotel. I have a trouble of receipt. Booking told me that I can get my receipt from the hotel while the hotel told me that they can't since I paid to Booking. It did take several times for emailing. Finally the hotel gave me a receipt. Don't know what's wrong with Booking and the hotel.
