There are a few things to improve to make it from a score of 8 to 10.

Pros: Like the beds, other facilities, bathroom, and good breakfast in the morning.the swimming pool was ok but could do more with it.

Cons: I didn't like the balcony, spa, not good tv and clear good channels and gym need more work.

Very comfortable.

Pros: Good facilities. Friendly staff particularly Nay who went out of his way to help. Excellant employee.

Cons: Had a bad experience with a massage organised by the hotel on the hotel premises. Lady tried to steal my money. She didn't succeed.

Pros: Confortable beds, nice and helpful staff. Good location. Breakfast was gorgeous, big choice.

Cons: The extremely noisy and rude chinese crowd during our stay.

Cons: Le grincement des portes d’entrée et de la salle de bain.

Pros: Clean and sleeping in the 12th floor was nice and calm

Cons: Quite far from the public transport to reach the center.

Very good hotel for stay, best location in the city. I recommend everybody.

Pros: All facilities were great .staff dealing also well. 7/ 11 supermarket close to the hotel. Brake fast excellent.

Cons: But there is no private locker facility in the room. That is not comfortable for customers.

Pros: POLECAM :) bardzo fajny, czysty hotel z miłą obsługą :)

Cons: Troszkę daleko do centrum
