Pros: The location is great. The staff are very hospitable and always ready to help. The beds were comfortable, and the view from the room was also very nice.

Cons: The gym was in another building, which wasn’t very convenient. Moreover, there was a locker for storing your belongings, but no lock was provided—you had to bring your own.

Top quality stay in Bangkok

Pros: The staff everywhere is amazing, very gentle, helpful and profesional. The bar located at the lobby is so lovely and the lady who works in the morning prepares great cappuccino and smoothies. Pool is very good and also the Spa is top quality. It is also very well positioned and transportation from here is very easy. Stayed twice here, and gonna come back for sure

Cons: At this time for the gym you have to go at a nearby place.

Pros: A great hotel , especially now with the facilities on the front , bar and restaurant areas .

Cons: Bar at pool area a bit slow in service didn’t seem complete organised, seemed of some people received more attention!

Nice shiny hotel in the most vivid part of Thailand

Pros: I am usually skipping the breakfast, so I cannot comment on the matter, but th location is in the heart of one of the most vivid parts of Thailand. There are very cosy caffes and restaurants around the hotel. There's also a fancy restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel.

Great location rooms a bit tired

Pros: Great location just a short trip from the airport and very close to siam for the shopping . There is a nice park and lake 15 mins walk too. Staff were great at reception

Cons: Only a couple of things my room whilst clean and comfortsble is looking very tired . The bathroom floor tiles stained yellow which is a nit off putting. The service at the coffee place attached was a bit poor they gave me a to go cup even though i asked for a proper china mug. Even though it was very late they refused to sell me a piece of a cheescake despite the fact they would have to throw it away.
