Pros: The staff is absolutely wonderful, always friendly and smiling. AC worked well & the shower was hot.

Cons: Nothing really, everything was fine.

Pros: The location and the value of the price of the room. It was affordable, water is delivered everyday, and cleanliness is observed.

Cons: First is that my room has a shared balcony. I didn't know at first, I only knew when someone knocked on my balcony door. Second is that the air conditioner, spills water droplets when turned on.

Pros: I like the service of the staff, especially the guy in the front desk that assisted us. The room is clean. It is very accessible to any transpo, especially bus. It is close to restaurants, 7 eleven, and local market.

Pros: Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Good location, close to bts, shops, restaurants, train. Nice area to meet the local people. The hotel is clean, with good facilities. At lobby you can get buy some drinks or beer from fridge. There is pizza restaurant downstairs. All was good as usual. See ya next time.

Pros: Have self service laundry walk away ~750m, train station ~800m. many shop nearby and easy access for taxi. many massage center nearby and very friendly staff.

Cons: no self laundry in the hotel. and train a bit too far for kids to walk. tuk tuk overprice for nearby location
