Clean and comfortable

Pros: Having stayed here before we knew what to expect: friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Benjarong Hotel and staff were as welcoming and accommodating as before.

Cons: I'm not a fan of the glass walled bathroom. Even with the blind fully closed it was see through making us feel uncomfortable with the lack of privacy.

Cons: The water in the bathroom was either super hot or super cold, making it difficult to shower

Luxury

Pros: Staying at Benjarong made our time in Bangkok feel like a luxury getaway. They welcomed us with smiles and entry treats. Checked up and cleaned the room daily. An amazing room of free hot and cold drinks and snacks. Lovely clean feel to the hotel, tv in room. Location wasn’t too far from things, very close to chatuchak market and a train. Would love to stay again sometime.

Lovely staff and very nice comfortable beds

Pros: The staff were so lovely, really nice service. The bed was really comfortable and the room was also very spacious. We got upgraded which was very nice. They had parking and even had a shuttle bus that sent you close to the MRT which was very convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: Location is good, very close to MRT station Exit 1. The room is spacious, even equipped with a sofa. Even though I didn't eat breakfast there, but it offers a breakfast buffet at a good price.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, and modern facilities. The room was a good size, and I really enjoyed their Thai tea from the machine!

Cons: The soundproofing in the room was a bit poor, and I could clearly hear people knocking on the door in the opposite room and talking in the corridor.

Exceptional stay - would definitely return!

Pros: The staff, hotel, breakfast, and atmosphere were exceptional. One of the nicest stays I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back if I travel to Bangkok again. The location is very convenient, not far from the blue and yellow lines.

Very enjoyable and we’d love to stay here again for longer.

Pros: We arrived late after a long bus ride that was delayed several hours by New Year’s Day traffic to a friendly and warm welcome and an upgrade. The rooms were spacious and well designed. We only stayed one night as we were in transit.

Cons: We didn’t enjoy the breakfast even though we are comfortable with Asian breakfast. The dishes were not of as high a quality as most street food.
