Fabulous hotel in great location

Pros: Great location, reasonably close to SkyTrain and Lumphini Park and some amazing restaurants nearby. The artisan cafe on the ground floor had the best cheesecake! The staff were super friendly and our room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. Great breakfast selection with eggs freshly cooked. Highly recommended.

Cons: As others have mentioned, the pool area could be cleaner.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the main street of Bangkok. The cleanliness was also good and the room was good. Also, the service of the hotel staff was very good. Thank you for the hospitality and of course I will return to this hotel.

Cons: Everything was excellent and there are no complaints.

Comfy stay for short holiday

Pros: The hotel was located between Lumpini Park and Benjakitti Park. It's on the quiet side of the city but not far from the craziness. There is a cafe at lobby which sells good coffee and bakery. Love it. Staff is friendly and let my friend early check-in since his arrival was in the early morning after long hours flight.

Cons: However, quite a distance to walk to nearest train station. For example, 800m away from Phloen Chit Station, > 1km from Silom or Lumpini station.

Good stay, nice staff, comfortable

Pros: Nice hotel and good location with good value for money. One of my preferred stays for business trips to Bangkok

Cons: No early check-ins at all, and then at 14:00 rooms still not ready. Now had this a few times and as much as as the staff figures it out once you confront them.
