Fantastic hotel, amazing pools, good value for Bangkok.

Pros: Great rooms (large for Bangkok, very well appointed) and cafe, amazing pools and gym. Regular shuttle to sukhumvit too. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic hotel.

Cons: Rooftop pool not for all residents, but allowed up there when function meant other pool was closed.

Pros: 1000000% try suites because it has lots of benefits. You will not stay anywhere else after Ayutthaya suit! Thanks to Finance and all the personal in the hotel for great recommendations and perfect time in Bangkok! The place, the location, the bed, design and service - everything was just perfect!

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff - amazing facilities

Pros: The hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff were so helpful and friendly - they put a lovely Honeymoon cake in our room and the room itself was amazing, so cleanly and spacious. The pool has great views and it's own little bar!

A real gem. Rooms are great, facilities are great. I went with my wife and we both loved our 6 night stay.

Pros: Property is a real gem. Very comfy and a great location. Walk away from many restaurants.

Cons: Nothing. Will definitely revisit.

Fantastic hotel with great food and facilities.

Pros: The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was brilliant with an extensive menu and the pool on the 27th floor was an incredible setting and the highlight for us, great place for us to end our travels in South East Asia before heading home. The food from Bangkok Trading Post is fantastic.

Great hospitality and comfortable suite

Pros: The suite is spacious and comfortably house 3 to 4 people. It comes with a cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Our room is on high floor and has nice city view. Staff are friendly and professional. The hotel offers shuttle bus to shopping mall and BTS station. If walking, it takes 15 minutes, but it is an easy walk. Restaurants, cafes, massage shops and convenience store in 5 to 10-min walk. The hotel also has nice restaurants, bars, and spa, though it is a bit pricey.

Cons: The room service menu is mostly Western cuisine. It would be great if the menu can offer more Thai or Asian options.
