Great Staff, very helpful. Good hotel for spending a night in. But not okay for longer stays.

Pros: The rooms were good and modern with all the required amenities.

Cons: Little far from the city centre. I had a room on the 7th floor and the AC in the room wasn’t cooling as much; though they offered me to change the room which I didn’t take since it was for one night only. And the breakfast was below average.

Pros: Thanks to all staffs. They have an very good service minds and very friendly. Breakfast was very good too.

A very pleasant stay with great food, spacious rooms, and excellent staff.

Pros: The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and freshly prepared food. The place was quiet inside, the rooms were large, and I basically got a whole apartment. The staff were very kind and always helped immediately whenever something was needed.

Cons: There was nothing serious to complain about. Maybe a few small things could have been better, but nothing important enough to mention here. Overall it did not affect my stay in a negative way.

Exceptional Hotel with the most helpful staff

Pros: I loved Everything! The staff, the hotel, the location, honestly I cannot boast how well this hotel is managed and the amazing service received. I was running abit late and had to check out late. The staff were more than happy to accommodate the late check out. When leaving the hotel after check out, a staff member came to see you off from inside. I really loved this place so much! I will definitely book again

Pros: The room was clean and the furniture was modern. The location was what we were looking for - close to shopping centres and restaurants.

Cons: The gym was inappropriate - very little equipment, but more disturbing was the lack of air conditioning in it. This makes it almost unusable.

Definitely 10/10, should have booked more nights here, location, hotel and staff were great.

Pros: Located close to Seacon Square shopping mall, Monorail, Train Night Market and Suan Luang Rama 9 Botanic Garden. Hotel was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, staff were great and accomodating. Has swimming pool and gym. Good price compared to other hotels we've been to in Bangkok.
