The hotel was well maintained and the staff very friendly.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained.

Cons: The breakfast did not vary much. It would have been better if the food was slightly different everyday.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service — a comfortable stay even though it’s a bit away from the city.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Bangkok Palace Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Bangkok!

Cons: Nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms, but the location is a bit far from the main city attractions.

Pros: Mostly Indian guests. Breakfast menu was designed to cater to Indian tastes- which was good. But the cokking could be improved.

Pros: Very nice hotel at a good price, Restaurant was 24 hours so you can order food anytime of day.

Cons: Mostly Indian Restaurants and bars nearby which is not a problem but i feel is something anyone booking should know.

Old style charm

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at the Bangkok Palace. Obviously an older hotel, it was what I was looking for. Charm and personality. Staff were efficient and friendly. The lobby restaurant was a pleasant experience. I think previous reviews about cleanliness and staff attitude are made with malicious intent. I will visit again. Well done and thank you Bangkok Palace. 😁

Pros: We liked everything i.e., hotel location, services, breakfast, pool facilities and the most important part is well behaved hotel staff. I been there in same hotel in 2019 with my friends and this time i suggested them to book the room here.

Cons: Everything is good nothing to dislike as we got everything that we were expecting.

Pros: If You like hotel with nineties look, like i do, this is for You. If You are looking for more modern, stay away. Hotel staff is very kindly and all reaponses were very quick. Hotel has good pool and gym. Restaurant at lobby is good for coffee only, you can buy food but i dont recommend. Breakfast is good, wide selection of choices. Overall, value for money is good. Bangkok is getting expensive nowadays.

Cons: Few stains in sheets, did not bother me but someone may have issues...
