Comfortable stay for a family with small kids

Pros: Great apartment with laundry facilities. Good gym. Decent breakfast.

Cons: Is a bit far from the main road but a manageable 15min walk.

Amazing hotel, the place was comfortable and the service was excellent. Highly recommended :)

Pros: The hotel room was very clean, so impressed with the updated amenities and the beautiful pool. Service was amazing, everyone was so lovely. Getting around the hotel was super simple and the gym with new equipment topped our stay! A big thank you to AE who was very welcoming and made our stay extra special. We can't wait to see you again!

Cons: Not a negative but location could be better, it was a walk to get to places, however would definitely stay here again.

Pros: I arrived at my destination and my cards were not working so the staff was more than helpful to assist me with everything I needed to do to make my stay very enjoyable until I could sort out the problem. 10/10 for the staff. Thank you very much

Cons: Increasing the frequency of the shuttle to Thong Lo every hour would be good

2 Night Stay

Pros: Everything is brand new. Good location near all the good restaurants. Hotel lobby is very grand. Rooms are excellent size with a pantry and balcony. Facilities are good. Recommended if you want a comfortable stay in Bangkok

Cons: Only negative was that they didnt put a chair on the balcony (perhaps that is a safety measure)

Great Stay!

Pros: Pool area is amazing. King suite room is fab but perhaps a bit over the top for a few nights, balcony was good to sit on and watch the city. Staff were excellent, night manager dealt with an external noise issue at 2am immediately. Big thank you for that from a light sleeper!

Cons: Food menus could be a bit more varied.

Pros: We love staying here so much and always end up extending. The staff here are so lovely and kind! They take the time to get to know you. The facilities are perfect and to be honest we love the location in Thong Lor!

First rate, peaceful and so quiet

Pros: From entering the Marriott, to checking out, everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel. The decor, the service, the staff, and most importantly the good sized room and the truly fantastic breakfast each and every morning. Thee selection was superb, the food excellent. The hotel was a haven of peacefulness and quiet.
