Pros: Excellent facilities, bedroom was lovey and the pool area is amazing

Pros: The view from the pool is amazing, great breakfast and gym. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable.

Cons: It’s not in the center, but transportation is easy and cheap so it wasn’t a problem.

Pros: Amazing views. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Gym, steam room and pool area are also great. As for the price we paid, this hotel was amazing. We changed 2 different rooms and we did not have issues with sound or water like other mentioned. It is new and beautiful!

Cons: Staff English is very limited, but they are friendly. Breakfast could be better as for such size hotel. Pool zone could be open at least until 11pm and they need a bar there.

Cons: Just wasn’t as central to everything as I’d have liked but that’s a minor issue as taxies are within minutes

Massive clean rooms, lovely rooftop pool and breakfast with a wide variety. My partner and I enjoyed the week we stayed

Pros: Big, clean rooms and lovely view of the city from the big windows. Breakfast with lots of variety and friendly smiley staff. Lovely rooftop pool and gym amenities.

Cons: The shower in our room didn’t have very good water pressure and the temperature was very temperamental (didn’t maintain one temperature throughout the time using it i.e: one second it would be freezing and the next it would be boiling). We also had a small issue with ant infestations in the coffee section in our room most morning when we woke up, not sure if that should be happening on the 30th floor.

Pros: New hotel, clean room, beautiful view, pool and rooftop lounge, staff were helpful with everything. Thank you so much for letting me store my bags after checkout for a few hours before departure.

Pleasant stay and swimming pool view is a worth.

Pros: Swimming pool view at day and night is pleasant. Breakfast has variety of cuisines and beautiful city views.

Cons: The property is little far from city centre, however it is easily accessible by pier boat and metro.

Cons: The only negative to the property is it takes about 40 minutes to get into the city centre which is annoying but it’s worth it for such an amazing hotel.

Very satisfied

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean linens, and quiet. The odd thump here and there, but very peaceful overall. Staff were friendly and courteous. Rates vary. If you see an attractive price, do not hesitate.

Cons: Long waits at pedestrian crossings on way to Ramkhamhaeng Station (not the fault of the hotel).
