Great value for money

Pros: Great stay in Bangkok here. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfy. Staff were very nice, we used the laundry service and gym whilst here both of which are a great bonus

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like, the location was close enough to get taxis but a bit far out if you want to be close to the centre (walking distance).

Pros: friendly staff, kindly printed out boarding passes for us for next flight clean comfy, good size twin beds basic equipment in gym but functions and nice addition filtered hot and cold water machine on each floor

Pros: Friendly, efficient staff. The room was spacious and clean. Good location, two MRT stations within 5 to 10 mins walk.

Cons: A lot of hard finishes so the sound of people closing doors or walking in the corridor can be heard clearly.

Good value for money. Good location for the park and not chaotic.

Pros: Great location, short walk to the train station and 7/11. 15 minute walk to the park. Staff were friendly. The room was very comfortable. Good value for money and we have booked again for the way back.

Pros: We were extremely pleased with the Annex Lumpini and very impressed by their staff and customer service and attention to detail. They were very easy to talk to and made sure our stay was excellent. The beds were SO comfortable we wished we could take them home with us. Great bathroom, loved having the mini-fridge, plus the desk, end table and little amenities. Fantastic location if you need to stay downtown. Super close to everything. Plenty of restaurants, parks, 7-11s, plus the MRT (subway) as well. We would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and were so happy and pleased with our stay there. Fantastic!

Cons: The only thing that comes to mind is that we said we wished the actual size of our room was a tiny bit bigger and our window didn't really have much of a view, but we always have zero expectations about that issue when staying downtown in Bangkok. And in fairness to the hotel, if we stayed in a different room, maybe the view is better and the room is slightly bigger but we required a room with 2 beds.

Great value for money. Not the Ritz, but very affordable.

Pros: There was a huge very comfortable bed. The room had plenty of space. Jay on reception was fantastic. Attentive, kind and funny. His female colleague less so. There was free coffee available in reception and washing machines available for guests to use.

Cons: The shower wasn't separate which was a problem as the floor remained wet for most of the morning, until it was cleaned.
