Lovely stay.

Pros: Walking distance to the train station. 7-11 nearby. Room is nice and cozy. Massage ctr is very good

Wrong area to stay

Pros: The staff are amazing. Very helpful and accomodating

Cons: Too far away from everything. Far too noisy at night with other guests slamming doors until 3am

Good stay

Pros: The staff named Eve is super helpful. The room was good enough although need a thorough cleaning, there was stains on the table when I entered the room.

Cons: Location is a bit far from the BTS so it would be great if there's shuttle to pick up from BTS as well not only drop off. The spa should have receive card payment as it was a bit annoying as they only take cash.

Great place for a few nights with kids

Pros: Great location with parking for free outside Beds are super comfy we asked for more pillows which wasn’t a Problem The bunk beds were perfect for the kids a great place for a few nights in Bangkok

As earlier stated, this was my second stay here and I will recommend the place over and over again.

Pros: This was my second stay here. The rooms are big and spacious. The location is very safe and quiet. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest MRT and BRT station. loved it.

Cons: Other than Tuan, the other staff were not super helpful but it could be because of language barrier, which is quite understandable, but everything else was perfect.

Amazing

Pros: The location is in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. The breakfast is superb. Loved the glass noodles and the seafood. The rooms are very clean and functional. Definitely value for money. Ooh and they have a storage facility. It came in handy when we had to travel to Phuket and had to leave some of our suitcases behind. If you are lucky to interact with Tuan, you will love him. He is so kind and supportive. We needed to modify our bookings twice and he was very empathetic and sorted us very fast and efficiently. If were are to visit the hotel again, one of the reasons would be Tuan's exceptional service.

Cons: The staff could be a little more helpful especially during check-ins when guests have more than one luggage. I wasn't too happy when the staff indicated they could not assist with my luggage. But that said, I would still go to the hotel again. I highly recommend it.
