Pros: The property is really clean and spacious!! Perfect for 2 nights. There’s a coffee/ bakery nearby which was lovely!

Pros: Bed was super comfy! Really good shower we had a good stay.

Pros: The room was great and super comfortable. Every time the room was cleaned, it was immaculate. The staff were helpful when I needed assistance with the safe. The location is great. Lots of places nearby

Cons: Nothing major but the view outside the window wasn't great but no big deal.

Pros: This is our second time choosing this hotel. What a wonderful place! The staff is polite, very kind and helpful, always willing to help with any questions. The hotel is very clean, although not new, but maybe that's part of its charm. I loved leaving my room in the morning, and there was a bar with stools on the street side of the hotel, where I drank coffee and used my laptop. When it got hot, we could sit inside on the first floor and continue working there. The owner regularly chats with guests and asks how they like the hotel – it's clear he puts his heart into everything he does! The price is reasonable, the location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean. I'm incredibly grateful for everything! We'll definitely be back!

Pros: This is our second time staying at this hotel. Everything is simply wonderful, I highly recommend this place 10/10 for the price and quality. The polite staff is always happy to help with anything you need. The owner is very friendly and kind, regularly checking in with guests to see how they are doing and how their stay is going. We'll definitely be back next time!

Clean and nice space for short stays

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very kind, allowed us to leave our luggage in a safe place before check in. We stayed only one night but it was quite pleasant.

Cons: Our room was a little noisy but wasn't very disturbing.

Great location and kind staff — with a lower price, I could definitely recommend this place.

Pros: The owner is truly a world-class human, and the receptionists were kind. I also loved the location — even though it’s in Sukhumvit, I was able to sleep peacefully. The daily cleaning service was a great bonus. As a solo traveler, being allowed to invite up to two guests for free is a huge advantage!

Cons: Not a big issue for me, but the furniture was a bit dated. The shower water was either too hot or too cold — hard to find a balance. In my opinion, the price could be 20–30% lower for what’s offered. Also, the walls were quite thin, so you can hear noise from neighboring rooms

Pros: Super spacious room with lovely talkative staff that are happy to help. If you want out of the hussle and bussle of the city this is perfect. About a 20min taxi to main areas of Bangkok (Siam).
