Beautiful hotel & helpful staff

Pros: Beautiful and well located hotel, an oasis in the chaos of Bangkok. Spacious and comfortable room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Top level hotel that more then meets expectations

Pros: Excellent room, comfortable beds, effective and unobtrusive A/C. Large shower room and separate hi-tech toilet (with remote). Breakfast buffet was extensive, with all national preferences accommodated it would seem. Lovely staff. Location is okay, not far from certain Bangkok offerings, but some distance from the downtown historical sights. However, it is not far from a BTS Skytrain station (elevated metro). Strongly recommend using the metro system (BTS or MRT--many intros on Youtube) to get around or else you spend a lot of time sitting in traffic.

Cons: Not much to dislike. I know it is not part of Asian diet, but a bit of long-life milk with the nice tea/coffee offering in the room would have been appreciated. A user's guide to the toilet remote would have been helpful--we had some exciting trial-and-error exploration. There was no real mini-bar--just a note with the mini-bar prices and instructions to telephone for the items, which sort of defeats the purpose of a mini-bar.

Nice hotel for all types of travelers!

Pros: The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping serviced the room daily with fresh towels and amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast covered every diatery restriction and was delicious. All personal was very polite and helpful. The hotel is located about a 7-minute walk from the BTS, which made the transportation very easy and hustle-free. Near the hotel there is a very busy night area ideal for those who want to have fun, while on vacation.

Cons: The pool would have been better on the rooftop

Pros: Our second time visiting Maison already. The hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly and breakfast excellent

Lovely hotel.

Pros: Really clean and bright rooms. Everything we needed for our one night stay. The location was great, right in the heart of all the action. Loads of bars and restaurants and some big shopping centres nearby and night markets. We had a short trip so couldn’t take advantage of that.

Modern, clean hotel. Would recommend.

Pros: The hotel was modern and clean, very comfortable bed with quality linens. Modern toilet with self flush and heated seat! Location was very good for the bars on Soi 4, staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was the best I have had in Thailand, with a big choice and quality food.

Cons: No balcony or opening windows, however we knew this before we came. The pool is shaded all day and overlooked by the dining room. The wet room for showering only has one hook to hang clothes and towels. And the water pressure wasn’t great on the overhead shower head. No locks on wet room or toilet doors.

Pros: Very modern and well presented hotel. Perfect location, right in the heart of the night time fun. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Worth every penny.

I would give it a 6* rating if I could

Pros: Location for the adult nightlife was amazing, the hotel looked and felt 5*. staff were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful, breakfast was fantastic, eggs cooked to order, rooms are very spacious and luxurious, it was such a pleasure staying there and made a lasting impression

Cons: Swimming pool, it is the only negative part of the hotel as it never saw the sun so no resting by the pool catching rays, good half an hour’s taxi ride to the other touristy parts of the city and you get stuck in traffic everywhere
