Cons: 1st night was horrible because the staff should have known that the bathtub and water system were not functioning. The mentioned weren't functioning. However, the very next day when informed about the matter the office staff let us change to a better room. Rest all good

Pros: Its location is very strategic to go to Erawan for prayer; the bed is just my type, hard and feel comfortable to lie on.

Cons: No hairdryer, shampoo got small Roach inside:,/ Room not really soundproof, could hear people people open and close door

Ideally located, n friendly staff but early check in fees is a scam! Reduce or do away for empty roo

Pros: The manger is very receptive and attends to your needs. The supporting staffs especially the luggage pickers and parking guards are excellent and very service oriented

Cons: Keeping room empty and letting us to check in after 2pm. I checked in early but it involve paying extra 400 baht per room for early check in fees!
