Great location, comfortable large rooms

Pros: Stayed for 2 nights. Great location outside of the center, close to airport. But mrt right outside with direct line to the main attraction. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. This is my new go to hotel when I’m back.

Pros: All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel managers were helpful and professional. Rooms were cleaned well and regularly. Breakfast was very good and quite diverse. The breakfast area is large, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast staff were also very kind. The location was convenient for us.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was weak, especially in the rooms — it barely worked at times.

Enjoyed my stay

Pros: I only stayed for the night so i could catch an early flight the next day. Perfect hotel for that. The bed was very comfortable and huge! The bathroom was very clean and the shower had decent pressure. Check in/out was easy. The food in the restaurant was very tasty, a little expensive but thats just hotel food for you. They also offer a free shuttle service to the airport to get your flight.

Excellent, good value hotel

Pros: Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, good sized rooms with very comfortable bed and good shower, excellent breakfast.

Cons: Our room was on the road and sky train side and was a little noisy although we both slept well!

Great friendly service

Pros: I was very impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. From the Management, Reception, restaurant, cleaning and bell boys. All were friendly and very helpful. My Thai girlfriend had a procedure at a Bangkok clinic and the staff showed genuine concern for her well being. We found everything to be excellent, so much so that we have extended our stay

Cons: There was nothing negative about this hotel. Very comfortable and great food for breakfast and dinner

Very good hotel, excellent staff and great location, but room to improve.

Pros: Range and quality of breakfast food was good and replenished regularly. A special thanks to Natty and her staff, who were excellent. Airport shuttle service was excellent and ran on time.

Cons: Dinner service was good, but food was slow to arrive and relatively expensive/poor value, especially the Talay seafood dish. Dining area was too cold at night. Check-out process, specifically time taken to check room, was slow.

Comfortable stay near Don Mueang Airport

Pros: A clean and well-maintained hotel with a very comfortable bed — everything you might need for a short stay. Conveniently located near Don Mueang Airport.

Cons: They offer a free one-time airport transfer, but it is limited to only 4–5 times a day. The schedule didn’t work for us, so we booked a Grab taxi instead.
