Exceptional and seamless!

Pros: Breakfast was great. Loved the fact that you could order from a menu as well which was part of the package. Laundry was delivered earlier than stated which delighted me. The water pressure in the shower was exceptional and the towels were fluffy without compromising on drying effectiveness. Staff were very accommodating whether it was replacing cards that suddenly stopped working, printing out documents for me and also proactively offering me for a breakfast to-go after learning that I had to check out at 6.30am.

Cons: The curtains did not fully close (room 0905). Would have loved to receive an additional pass to Sky Beach for a guest or two.

Stunning Hotel Rooms.

Pros: Stunning Hotel great facilities and fit and finish of the build were amazing ,really well done. unlike the W which has got the Thai quality finish which was a disappointment.

Cons: The food is quite expensive, even for someone from London.

Iconic hotel experience

Pros: We love The Standard and were excited to stay at this hotel. The room beat our expectation. Big, extremely comfortable, the softest sheets. The toilet was an entire experience worth the price alone. We enjoyed the pool area. Sky Beach on the 78th floor is a tiny bit of a faff as you have to go to a separate building and go through security to get in, but the cocktails were great and you have a reserved seating area. The view was epic. The drinks gave me the Dutch courage to try the glass tray. It was the perfect end to our time in Thailand.

Cons: Really hard to find any area for improvement.

Amazing, trendy chic hotel near to town and convenient for exploring bangkok

Pros: Chic and trendy interiors with cool mirrors. Very comfortable bed. The pandan and butterfly tea was so nice. Connected to BTS. Amazing pool

Cons: Check in was slow. 2 lifts to get to room but they are pretty fast. The central aircon is SO cold. Wish u gave more cotton wool.

Pros: The room was really great. Mattress and pillows and sheets were 10/10. Shower and bathroom were superb!

Stylish hotel with amazing view of Bangkok

Pros: Very stylish hotel, the interior designed is excellent and so are the rooms. Located in one of the tallest buildings in Bangkok, with free access to the rooftop, which has quite an amazing view of the city. Amazingly attentive staff. Delicious breakfast.

Cons: My room was only ready a couple of hours after the check-in time, which was quite annoying. The staff did their best to improve the situation though.
