Pros: The hotel is in a good location, close to Sukhumvit. Directly in front of the hotel, there are several massage studios as well as a 7-Eleven convenience store. The fitness room was sufficiently large and clean, and the swimming pool was also clean with an adequate supply of fresh towels. The only negative aspect was the breakfast, which was very disappointing.”

Cons: The breakfast was very basic and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. On several occasions, I had to ask the staff for black tea. Noodles and rice were often empty and were only refilled upon request. Even then, the refilling was done in small quantities and involved long waiting times. On the last day, my daughter experienced symptoms of a possible food intolerance. We suspect this may have been related to the milk served at breakfast, as neither my wife nor I consumed any milk. During the 12-hour flight, our daughter vomited several times.”

Pros: Perfect location near Benchakitti Park, Asoke MRT station and Terminal 21. Very helpful staff. Nice comfortable room. Great pool and fitness centre. Good restaurant and shop.

Pros: We had stayed here 8 years ago and it was central to everything we wanted to go to. So we decided to come back again. We were not disappointed. The hotel has had a lot Of upgrades and is one of our favorites. We will always stay here when visiting Bangkok.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Amazing staff, amazing location and a great view would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: The pool, location, view, convenient store down stairs is a major bonus and staff were amazing. We booked the Lakeview King room and the first room in building B wasn't great due to the noisy aircon on the balcony however we requested to change rooms and were given a room on the top floor of building A (building with pool) which was amazing. The view over the lake was very refreshing and the staff helped us with everything to change rooms, I really don't have much to complain about of this hotel. There is a convenient store downstairs and prices are the same as 7/11 which was a real bonus plus there are several massage shops, a beauty salon, 7/11, free shuttle which takes you out to the main road, street food and a dental clinic a short walk away. You have almost everything you need in very close proximity and I must compliment the staff on there professionalism and friendliness we would definitely stay here again :)

Cons: Only thing was the breakfast in building B didn't look very appealing and not a great selection but I really cant complain about anything else we loved our stay.
