Nice building, comfortable roon, friendly staff, good quality food.

Pros: Kilátás Panoramic View, Aesthetics of the building, Comfortable room

Cons: The pool was a little cold. I know that it is not a thermal pool, but more like a swimming pool, but it was a little too small to swim well and too cold to just relax in the water. Some heating of the water could improve the pool experience a lot.

Comfortable and clean

Pros: The hotel is very big. It has all the facilities expected of a big hotel. The breakfast is excellent.

Cons: There is a major construction happening next door. It is very noisy for the rooms on that side. The location is good but keep in mind the train network is 800mt away.

Hotel was great! Staff was kind, breakfast and gym fantastic. Elevators a bit of an issue.

Pros: The rooms were spacious. There was a gym 24/7. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, even helped print my boarding pass - thanks reception! I got a lovely birthday surprise - thank you to the staff involved!

Cons: There were 2/5 elevators working, there was constant traffic and the elevators were jam-packed - they also took ages. very inconvenient. Some guests walked around the hotel in socks, luckily at breakfast the staff told them to dress appropriately (so the hotel is proactive in addressing this.. however, perhaps they can inform guests upon check-in that shoes must be worn at all times!).

Pros: Had a wonderful 3 nights stay in this amazing hotel, clean, comfortable, and great location. Nice hotel overall, professional room service, staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great plus.

Excellent hotel, clean, easy and convenient. Excellent staff!

Pros: The staff were friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special - thank you very much! It was a spacious and beautiful room! Excellent time here and look forward to staying here again.

Cons: There is nothing bad I have to say about this place. Sadly we missed our flight and arrived to the hotel very late, which meant that we got to enjoy this hotel for a very short time.. that is totally our fault, and only regret is not having more time here! Thanks staff for being so great!
