Great stay in a great hotel

Pros: Excellent hotel. Very well appointed and maintained very good breakfast . Extremely good à la carte evening meals. But especially like that’s it’s a relatively small hotel with a family hotel atmosphere largely due to the super helpful and friendly staff. Thanks to all. See you next time!

A great hotel that would be brilliant with better processes

Pros: Fabulous location with generally wonderful staff. Well appointed rooms for those on a short stay. The concierge team are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming with great advice.

Cons: The inability to handle normal business pressure. We arrived at 2.40pm and were told the rooms were not ready because “they were busy.” We then returned at 3.15 pm but you could still see flustered reservation staff. The keys we were given as a consequence did not open the room door and we had to return to the lobby again. Simple procedures in checking in would not have allowed that to happen. It is the first greeting and welcome. To find your room still locked sends the opposite message that you are not welcome. There is a need to retrain the reservation staff.

Lovely place to stay in a great city!

Pros: We stayed for 2 nights before flying on to an island. Good location, an hour drive from the airport. We used both the BTS and Grab taxis to get around the city which are so reasonably priced! The hotel team were absolutely lovely - really friendly and helpful. A lovely surprise was the complimentary shuttle that took us to our favourite brunch spot - Roast at The Commons. Another nice surprise was the secret bar!

Cons: Nothing - it was great!

Just Great

Pros: free upgrade to a nice suite, enjoyed it soo much. Beds were soft at the top but firm, slept great. Nice staff..BOOK! Breakfast was also great, not like 200 things to choose from in such a way you get lost or over eat, but nice balance in hot and continental breakfast offerings. Quality was very good.

An oasis

Pros: Fabulous hotel , beautiful food, breakfast superb, ate at the Italian on the evening - delicious Location is in a lovely area but if you are wanting to visit central Bangkok be prepared for potentially a long journey depending on traffic , our taxi back to the hotel took 2 hours to travel 12 km. Cannot fault hotel it was amazing and it was lovely being outside of central Bangkok . Plenty of restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

A wonderful stay twice. Will use again

Pros: Excellent breakfast selection for all diets. Little special sessions - did flower arranging was neat. Staff were helpful at all times.Drop of at sky train was great.

Overall, great service and comfort, though the traffic can be challenging.

Pros: Great service, attentive staff, and a spacious, comfortable room.

Cons: The location was in a very busy area with heavy traffic, which made getting around quite difficult. We often had to leave about an hour in advance to reach places like Chinatown and Rajadamnern Stadium, and it was even more challenging when heading out for tours. It’s a lively area, but traffic can be overwhelming.

Very enjoyable small boutique hotel which we prefer and all the staff were friendly and efficient especially the concier

Pros: Very cool design good size room comfortable bed good food and excellent staff

Cons: No major dislikes
