Beautiful hotel and very polite staff.

Pros: Hotel was beautiful, very clean and beds was super comfy. Breakfast was lovely with a wide variety every morning.

Cons: Very busy at breskfast times, people bumping in to each other.

Great quality hotel in good location

Pros: Great location and very attentive staff. Loved the complimentary shuttle bus service which was really helpful and appreciated as Bangkok can be a little daunting in terms of size and getting around.

Cons: If I had one less positive impression it's the lack of outdoor space for a hotel of this size. The pool area was lovely with fantastic panoramic views of Bangkok. However, due to the limited space loungers get taken quickly. There is nowhere else to go in terms of outside space to sunbathe and relax. There isn't much the hotel can do about this but it meant I couldn't use the pool area when I wanted to.

Pros: Honestly this is how a fancy hotel should be. Great rooms, great service, great facilities, everything in the room is complimentary and filled up daily. Breakfast was amazing. Shame we only had 2 days there.

Great hotel well located

Pros: Breakfast was great, amongst the best we had in Thailand. The hotel was conveniently situated , in fact we could walk to some of the places we visited.

Nice luxury stay in central Bangkok

Pros: Breakfast was comprehensive although I would have liked some more vegetarian options. There were some nice touches like an ice cream machine! Hotel was very pretty and had good facilities. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had a lovely rain shower and large bath.

Cons: I found a dirty spoon under the bed (however the room was very clean apart from that). The pool got busy at night making it hard to use but that was to be expected.
