Urban Hostel Bangkok

Pros: The whole family that runs the hostel. They are the best hosts! Amazing, sweet, beautiful friendly people.

Cons: The pipes are perhaps a bit old and cause a slight odor, but it didn't bother us because we hardly spend any time in the room.

Authentic vibe, great location & terrace

Pros: Great location, attractions nearby, 7/11, local street food Authentic feeling Big terrace with a view - the best thing! Lovely owners - elderly couple (because of us they were up at 2:00am for check in) Water provided Comforable & clean bed + floors, toilet

Cons: Smelly drain in bathroom Dirty shower cabin and walls - moldy Spiderwebs and spiders (min.20 in room & bathroom) - smaller “skinny” ones

Nice hostel to stay

Pros: The hostel has pretty nice owners who are really helpful:) also the location is quite good.

Pros: Location is fantastic, real Bangkok neighborhood. Lively start at 5am. Locals spot to come get breakfast so a healthy variety of all kinds of REAL local food, almost primarily Thais with the odd sprinkling of a tourist. Quite after 9 am. Picks up again at lunch. 7 11 100m away. Tons of local food. Short 12 min walk to MRT and within easy reach of the major touristy bits. Facilities are basic but clean. Great introduction to real Thai street life.

Cons: It's not a Marriot it's an old mom and pops hostel. Looks dated but such an authentic feel to it. Plenty of Thais using the place too.

Easy to see any places from there

Pros: Great place to stay in Bangkok. 15min walk to metro and train station Hua Lamphong, Chinatown nearly. Lots of places to places to eat. This is a great place for people who want a budget travel. Room had access to massive balcony,where you can rest and eat. Washing machine and tumble dryer provided. For people who like walking, takes1.5h to get to the Grand Palace or Wat Arun.

Pros: Great location to easily get out and explore. The couple who own the hostel are so lovely.

Cons: The WiFi in the private rooms isn’t great but when we went downstairs to the shared areas, it was fine.

Pros: wonderful location close to river city,street art, mrt and surround by reasonable price local restaurants. host very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Pros: Good location, place clean, nice family. They dont provide soap, shampoo, thootpaste, bring yours. They provide water.

This is our fourth time at this hotel, but I'll look for another hotel next time

Pros: Excellent location, close to any transport. You can always find a place to eat

Cons: The hotel is getting old, The ground floor is cluttered. Cleaning is irregular, the linen is already old. Very weak Wi-Fi
