All in all, great experience.
Pros: Liked how great and friendly is the hostel vibe (maybe the most easy friendly hostel I have ever stayed in my backpacker life - 10 years and counting), excellent bed, good breakfast.
Cons: The reception starting at 8 am I think is a bit too late, but nothing that could not be talked before if someone needed an early check out, the size of the rooms are quite small, one of the smallest I've ever stayed in my life (worth the price, tho).

Pros: Honestly, one of my favourite hostels of all time. I can't stress enough how amazing the people staying here are, and the entire vibe of the hostel is just right. All the events organised were so much fun and very interesting, also a great way to connect with other guests. Despite being right next to a Mad Monkey, you couldn't really hear the noise in the rooms, so don't worry about that. Breakfast was simple but delicious!
Cons: The room I stayed in was a bit on the smaller side, awkward to move around with luggage, but it's not that big of a deal. The pool on the roof is refreshing, but not really a place to hang out. It gets too warm under the roof and you can't tan because of it.

Pros: Great location, it’s is next to mad monkey and has many food stalls and cafés on the same street. It’s walking distance from khao san road. So if you want to stay a bit away from crowd and noises it’s a great place to look into
Cons: The doors and beds are bit noisy at night, so you have to be extra careful not to wake other guests in dorms

Pros: Perfectly located a few steps ahead from the main sights in Bangkok. The vibe is social but not party, you get to meet lots of amazing people in the common area and doing shared activities.
Cons: Breakfast was nice but more variety could have made it a bit better.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay here. If you're traveling alone, you'll immediately make friends. Group activities are organized every day, away from the usual tourist traps. Xi, the manager, is always ready to listen and takes wonderful care of the guests. On the first night, I had a dorm bed in a four-bed room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, since I need my privacy, I moved to a private double room with a balcony. It was a bit more expensive, but it offered plenty of space, a large bed, and a great balcony overlooking the canal. If I come back to Bangkok alone, I would definitely stay here again, if only for the community.

Nice stay
Pros: Very social community. Everyday there are events you can attend. Most of the guests are traveling alone so get in contact very quickly.
Cons: The Mad Monkey Hostel is directly next door with bad loud music and drunk people. But the rooms in Jam Hostel are quiet.
