Pros: Really nice place, quite and close to nice restaurants.

Cons: The bicycles were in bad condition, but I rented elsewhere. No problem.

Nice stay, excellent value in a quiet location.

Pros: It's in a quiet neighborhood about a 10-15-minute walk from the BTS. If you want a quiet place in BKK, it's ideal. I wouldn't stay here if you're looking for something touristy or are a party animal. It's near a coworking place if that's your thing, and lots of coffee shops. Staff are friendly, although English is limited. The room is big and is more like a 1-bedroom apartment, complete with a kitchen and filtered water. The room wasn't cleaned while I was there; I guess you have to ask for it.

Cons: All good for me, but if you're looking for action, it might not be for you.

Super cozy apartment

Pros: This is a great hotel, it is located in the Ari area on a very quiet and pleasant street. The metro station is about 7 minutes on foot. There is a massage and a cafe right next to the hotel. The metro has a lot of restaurants and there is a large supermarket. Our room had 3 balconies, a large bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. Very cozy apartments, bright and beautiful. The staff is very nice, always in touch and helps with solving problems. I strongly advise you to stay here if you want to enjoy a quiet week in Bangkok. The room has everything you need)))

Pros: The hotel staff is very friendly, the public areas are well stocked with all supplies, a large enough toilet area, and clean beds. I'm surprised why there aren't more reviews here, this hotel deserves more. The location is also good, a safe and calm residential area in a busy area. It's about a ten-minute walk from the main road to catch a bus to get anywhere, and the bus is a fun and convenient way to experience local life. If you're going to the train station for a transfer in Bangkok or watching a show in the surrounding stadium, it's also a good place to stay. You can find any type of food stalls within the walking area of the hotel every afternoon, and if you need a taxi, you have to get in advance. Because you don't always get a taxi right away because of the traffic

Stay here twice, love it

Pros: Feel like home, spacious and comfy. Staffs are very nice.

Cons: The road is narrow but still have road in front of hotel to park easily

Pros: Super locatie, rustig en binnen 5 minuten zit je in bruisend Bankok.

Cons: Het meubilair was charmant maar wel een beetje krakemikig.

Peaceful Stay

Pros: I liked how quiet of an area it is, 7/11 is walking distance, with a little food market that's sets up on the weekends across the street, but I really enjoyed how quiet it was and peaceful.

Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: บรรยากาศเป็นกันเอง สบายๆ ใกล้แหล่งอาหาร มีรถผ่านบ้าง ความสะอาดดี หมอนที่นอนอาจไม่หนานุ่ม แต่มีอะไรแจ้งผู้ดูแลได้ สงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย อยู่ไม่ไกลป้ายรถเมล์และสถานีรถไฟฟ้า เดินทางสะดวก สามารถเรียกบริการผ่านแอป หรือเดินออกไปก็ได้ ส่วนตัวชอบบรรยากาศมาก เหมือนอยู่บ้าน

Cons: บันไดห้องรวมสูง ออกชันนิดๆ ต้องระวังเวลาเดิน หมอนบางไปนิด ไม่เหมาะกับคนอ้วนหรือกรดไหลย้อนที่ต้องหนุนสูงๆ อาจจะต้องขอหมอนเพิ่ม

Pros: มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพร้อม เหมือรได้พักผ่อนอยู่บ้าน

Cons: บันไดทางขึ้นไปยังห้องพักค่อนข้างสูง
