Very comfortable

Pros: Quite cool. The inside of the property does not reflect its location. Very cozy, clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that we did not have bottles of drinking water.

Cons: But far from rail station

Quiet, convenient and enjoyable.

Pros: The place is nice. Pretty new. Located in a small street surrounded by nice Thai-Chinese people. Not far from the BTS. Quiet, but near one of the busiest areas in the city. Very convenient. Excellent for small groups of friends or a family. Highly recommended.

Pros: Walking distance to public transport. Nearby saphan Taksin pier.

Pros: Calme,propre,pas très loin de la station bts bien suivre les instructions que l'hôte vous donne. Tout près du chao praya. Bonne literie.

Cons: Serviettes micro fibre pas terrible pour s'essuyer et escalier assez abrupt pour de jeunes enfants. Mais ce sont des détails mineurs sinon très bien.

Séjour en famille

Pros: Très bien situé, tous les équipements étaient fonctionnels.

Cons: Nous n’avons pas trouvé agréable de se sécher avec les linges en microfibres.

Pros: บ้านกว้างขวาง เดินทางสะดวก มีเซเว่นใกล้ๆ เหมาะกับอยู่หลายคน สะอาดดี อุปกรณ์ครัวเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าครบ

Cons: บันไดชันและแคบอาจจะไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุเท่าไหร่ค่ะ

バンコクの生活を実感できます！

Pros: バンコクで暮らすように過ごせたこと。駅も港もバス停も近い。部屋が広くて快適。オーナーと連絡が取りやすい。

Cons: 最初、場所がとても分かりにくい。分かれば問題なし。3階建ての3部屋。階段が狭くて急なので重いスーツケースを持って上がり下りするに結構危険かも。

Skvele ubytovani, ve skvele lokalite

Pros: Diky instrukcim jsme nasli ubytovani rychle. Lokalita je opravdu skvela, vsude je to kousek a hlavne do pristavu, odkud se lodi dostanete uplne vsude. Kousek od ubytovani je i 7eleven a v ulici k ubytovani je super restaurace, za fajn ceny, moc nam tam chutnalo. Velice ciste ubytovani. K dispozici jsou dokonce dva zachody, dostatek rucniku, vybavena kuchynka vsemi spotrebicemi. Majitel je opravdu velice vstricny, nebyl problem ani check out drive a opravdu moc moc dekuji za tu ochotu. Klimatizace k tepla voda take funguji skvele, nemame co dodat.

Cons: rucniky jsou z materialu, ktery nesaje, ale to je malickost a daji se pouzit i tak :) Nedoporucuji ubytovani pro nekoho, kdo je invalidni a nebo ma uraz nohou - vse je po schodech do patra. Obcas narazite na mravence, ale staci je postrikat sprejem, ktery je v ubytovani k dispozici a jsou pryc. Vynasejte si odpadky kazdy den a bude to ok :)

Pros: Ein sehr einfach eingerichtetes Haus, hat aber alles was man braucht. Inklusive Waschmaschine und Fön. Es gibt zwei Toiletten, was für mehrere Personen top ist. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist sehr gut. Preis Leistung tip top.

Cons: Es ist etwas schwierig das Haus zu finden, die Gastgeber geben einem aber eine gute Wegbeschreibung mit.
