Pros: The location is so good. Walking distance to train station and Pratunam market.

Cons: The sofa bed is broken. So you can't sleep on it. That's my only concern.

Worth the value

Pros: It was worth the value and close to public transportation. It has all the equipments needed to make food and tea or coffee. Checking was very easy. For a short trip this was ideal

Cons: Nothing much. The beds could be a bit more comfortable. Theres many constructions going near the area but that’s not their fault

Highly recommended, I will stay here again

Pros: 1. Located in quiet area with massage/7-11 and other convenient stores/laundry store/food vendors near by. 2. Easy & clear self check in/out instruction. Owner responded promptly on Booking.com. 3. Spacious, clean room with full set of kitchen utensils and hairdryer. 4. Soft blanket/towels, lots of pillow. Lots of power plugs outlets. 5. AC/fans are working well. 6. Common area on 1st floor is cozy and spacious and clean.

Cons: 1. 10min walking distance from the Victory Monument station/Ratchaprarop station. It's little hard to walk with luggage. 2. No shower curtain, water may spread everywhere in the bathroom while showering 3. Stair is little steep, may be inconvenient for people with bad knee. 4. Bed is little hard. Hope there's extra mirror other than the one in the bathroom.

Pros: Personale gentile che ci ha lasciato tenere i bagagli nella lobby fino a sera. Struttura molto pulita.

Pros: Отношение персонала (хотя ни с кем мы лично не общались - только через букинг сообщения). Расположение удобное, недалеко от центра, близко до станции airoport link \

Cons: Раскладные диваны очень продавленные, необходима замена. Окно крепится на скотче. Нет стиральной машины, но есть laundry недалеко на улице. Нет сейфа. Бар напротив был несколько шумным. Очень маленький раскладной стол и всего 1 стул.

Pros: Très bon emplacement à proximité de Siam et des mall. Un bon rapport qualité prix. L'appartement est propre. Le propriétaire est très gentil et vous répond rapidement si vous avez un soucis ou une demande. 7 eleven 24/24h juste à côté. Nous sommes content de notre séjour.

Cons: Il faudrait remettre en place le pommeau de douche et réparer la fenêtre de la chambre qui ne ferme pas correctement et tout serai parfait.

Pros: Rooms are so overpriced in Bangkok now I was happy to find this one even if it was not cheap ,it was the most reasonable price around

Pros: 位置很好，离地铁走路大约十分钟，附近有市场和免税店，入住方便，房间大，日常用品都有，洗的衣服一晚上都能干，楼下就有小吃和便利店，性价比高

Cons: 洗澡水不是很热，但对于曼谷的天气够用了。楼梯有点陡，有一段楼梯没扶手，需要小心点。
