Perfect for sight seeing, lovely owners and very clean.
Pros: Absolutely loved our stay here, immaculately clean room and bathroom, very friendly owners and so helpful, organised us taxis when we needed them and very proactive with their communication. 2 minute walk to the Wat Arun and the ferry to go over to the Grand Palace, it’s extremely busy during the day on the street outside but very quiet at night, we had a room at the front and slept very well. Downstairs are snacks and coffee for guest to help themselves to, easy walk for something to eat or 7/11 supermarkets.

Great location 3 minutes walk from Wat Arun
Pros: Great location, just 3 minutes walk from Wat Arun temple. Such a location is a hidden gem. Plus price is very good. The owner provides also pick up from and to the airport also for good competitive price. Very clean, every day fresh towels. Our bed was made everyday. Definitely 10/10 to be recommended to everybody.

Lovely guesthouse
Pros: Lovely little guesthouse. Great location for wat Arun temple. The staff were so friendly and helpful, gave advice for things like taxis and Thai costume rental and discounts they offer. They have a snack and drink station downstairs for you to help yourself too. The rooms are comfy, quiet and a lovely shower, and overall was brilliant value.

A homey and comfortable stay in a fabulous location.
Pros: The location was absolutely fabulous - it was one minute from Wat Arun Temple and the ferry across to the Grand Palace.
Cons: The only thing I would change is the pillows - there was only one each and they were very flat.

Surprisingly good.
Pros: Accomodation is value for money and its location is 5 mins walk to pier. Host is very welcoming and often went out of the way to help and make us comfortable. Spacious and clean rooms and common area, and self service options. Please don't be mistaken by pictures, place is much better than shown in pics.
Cons: Nearby shops and eateries shutting early in case you want to shop and eat more. General observation, Air conditioners in thailand are preset to default temperature which often is not comforting to all.

Nice stay at OB Arun
Pros: The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Its location couldn’t be better – just a 2-minute walk from the stunning Arun Temple and the ferry, which makes it super easy to cross the river and reach all the main attractions. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with a detailed guide full of tips on local shops and restaurants, and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Highly recommended!
Cons: Noise from the street when loud cars and motorbikes are passing as the windows are not soundproof (during the night the area is quite)

Pros: I chose the facility due to location, just behind wat arun (2 mins walk) and riverboat to main attractions. The owner was great: easy to contact, communicative, resourceful, and VERY nice. Despite simple accommodation, they provide corner+ kitchen to use, having a chat with the owner and family. I stayed at the second floor, with wooden floor and walls, felt like visiting relative's house. When opening window I could hear birds chirping, rooster crowing, and buddhist monk chatting from afar, as well as enjoying rains from inside
Cons: I would like to have a bit of room rearrangement; despite large windows, rooms felt claustrophobic, due to thick curtain and awkward positioning of furniture (difficult to open window). Also, having a bedside lamp is much better, than \
