Pros: I had a late arriving flight and the property arranged for the security guard to check me in. Very convenient and stress free. Room is quite and clean and has a washing machine which is extremely handy. very happy.

Pros: Staffs very friendly and helpful especially Tha. Friendly welcome and went extra miles to entertain our request. She even help me to courier my kid’s mobile phone that I left. The unit and toilet is so clean. Have a proper and functional kitchen and washing machine. We will return again to this property.

Pros: The apartment itself was great. Clean and neat, it was tidied every day. We were looking for an apartment with two separate bedrooms with separate toilets - and it matched perfectly

Cons: Location isn't so good. About 30 minutes by taxi to Bangkok center. Also it's not allowed to smoke, not even on the balcony

Pros: Layout of the flat and interiors are very good. All basics facilities were there hence our stay was comfortable.

Cons: Booking.com should make some arrangement for the payment collection while online booking. Paying 100% in cash at reception before check in, is not comfortable. AC of one of our room was faulty. we spent one hot night without AC. Sliding doors are not 100% in working order. All rooms and lobby have Thai type electrical sockets only. Although host helped with one universal adaptor which we returned to reception while checking out yet it would be better it few adaptors are kept in the flat itself.
