Pros: Good wifi, cute apartment. Very well equipped. Owner is super nice.

Cons: Without AC, you are literally in a sauna over there. Im just not used to it, so it was very hard to tolerate. It is also far away from the touristic attractions.

Pros: Very easy to find the apartment and collect the keys. John provided the Google maps link and all instructions via WhatsApp. Incredible area. Local food and shopping. Very close to the sky train. John overall was an incredible host. Very responsive, kind and went out of his way to ensure a positive stay. Value for money spent is 10/10.

Pros: its close to DMK airport and in low price everything is good

Pros: A cozy and well-appointed micro apartment in an off-beat neighborhood with lots of eateries and good transport connections to central Bangkok. Unbeatable price.

Cons: Lack of air-conditioning. I didn't think this would be an issue but it was with Bangkok's daily temperatures at infernal levels. The mattress could also be firmer.

Pros: John provides an excellent service. He is very helpful and available to answer any questions you might have. For the price, I think the location was ideal (nice cheap local market nearby and a lot of cosy coffee shops and restaurants, not far from transportation either). I could come by transportation from the airport and it wasn't complicated. The place was clean and cosy. If you don't mind not having the AC, I think it's a very good deal.

Pros: Mr John alone is a strong argument already for taking this flat. Your host is amazing from the very start to the end and will always be taking care of you. The room is nice and comfy for a very low price

Cons: There's no AC, but you have two fans, which you will need in hot Bangkok nights :)

Pros: The host is absolutely amazing and the location was superb. Safe environment and good facilities.

Cons: The room gets extremely hot throughout the day because of the hot weather. Amazing value for money so no airconditioner is expected, just something to be aware of.

Wonderful stay at the quiet and cozy apartment

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the quiet and cozy apartment and it definitely was quiet and cozy. It's about a 30min ride on the sky train from Central bangkok (probably less in a taxi but i didnt try) which meant I could sleep with the windows open without traffic fumes and noise. I slept so well! The owner was so helpful and accommodating, he really went above and beyond answering all questions and giving advice when i asked him over message. The room had everything I needed and there was lots of local food vendors and a 7eleven close by. The food locally wasn't great for me as I am vegan but If you ask some places will adapt. The skytrain is super cheap and a fun way to get around. It's also really close to mochit where you can get the nightbuses to various places. Again a sky train and local bus will get you there easily. It is such good value for money,I will definitely stay here again when I'm next in bangkok!

Cons: There was nothing I could fault about this apartment,I had a great stay.

Pros: Owner is very friendly, helpful and he speaks English. The apartment is relatively close to the metro station. The room is equipped with a fridge. It's a good option if you need some privacy and you don't want to pay much.

Cons: You can't invite any person to the apartment. I was a little bit disappointed, because that was the reason why I choose private room instead of a dorm in a hostel: I planned to invite a woman. You can find information in description that organizing a party is not allowed, but there is no information about inviting anybody (or Booking translated it incorrectly).

Pros: Comfy , private come with snacks and tea and coffee. Host very helpful and even took my to the bus station. Would recommend if looking to chill

Cons: It's hard to find
