Great location and good price for a big room with a balcony close to everything
Pros: Great budget hotel only 5 mins walk to BTS and river pier, we had the family room as there was 4 of us, sathorn is my favorite place in Bangkok there’s loads of restaurants and a night market plus access to BTS and river boats it’s a perfect area for tourists who want to see all the sights if you want “entertainment bars” and shopping malls go to Nana All the best hotels in Bangkok are in sathorn area too if you want luxury….
Cons: You’re right next to a road so it’s a little noisy but not too bad, but hey that’s central Bangkok! And the hotel provide ear plugs it didn’t bother me at all I slept well

Perfect stay in Bangkok and would stay here again.
Pros: Good value for money. Well maintained and clean. Good Balcony. In a peaceful location and friendly staff.
Cons: Small room so was full after two suitcases.

Great location short walk from major transportation hubs and shops
Pros: The location of the property is superb, and it is amazing how peaceful and quiet it is.
Cons: A mirror close to a plug to do your hair would have been nice

Close to everything!
Pros: The walked me up to my room and showed me in. Rooms were spacious, clean and everything worked well. There was a couch and lamps, a fridge, kettle, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes etc. Location is great for getting around. The river is a 10 min walk with the express boats and tours. The skytrain is 5 min walk. you can watch it from the balcony.
Cons: The hotel entrance is on a freeway on ramp. It is an ugly walk to the corner, but then you're on a vibrant Bangkok street either way you go with street food, convenience stores, massages and character.

Perfect place for a budget traveller like me.
Pros: The staff was waiting for us when we arrived. She took us to the room and showed us around a bit.The room is spacious and clean. The water pressure is good, the lighting is bring enough. The aircond is very cold. For foreign travellers, make sure you bring enough Thai adaptor. Even though the apartment is next to an expressway, it never effect/ disturb our stay/sleep. They provide a single door fridge and replenished the mineral water on daily basis. There's a electric kettle but no 3in1 coffee or tea provided. The cleaning of the room is upon request. The apartment located less than 10 minutes walk from the Saphan Taksin BTS Station and the pier is the main reason why we chose to stay here. One do not have to worry about food as there are plenty of restaurants along the main road and the best thing for us was we could just walk to Assumption Cathedral.
Cons: It would be perfect if the family room is provided with a microwave like the other studio unit.

Pros: The place is clean and location is nearby metro. Easily reach to food and beverages with plenty of choice to choose.
Cons: The room require minor revamp as the furniture is a little old. Sorry the bed i had will had sound whenever i turned around during my sleep.

Pros: Location perfect and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: We really wondered what we had got ourselves into when entering and walking through the lobby. But, once in the room it was a very nice and recommended stay experience.

Zentrale Lage, kurze Wege zu BTS , Zimmer älter aber sauber, Verwaltung freundlich & gut erreichbar.
Pros: Die Lage ist sensationell gut; es sind nur ein par Hundert Meter bis zur BTS Station, Silom / Ban Rak auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Rezeption/ Verwaltung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, der check-in verlief reibungslos. Die ZImmerausstattung ist etwas älter, ist aber gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Cons: Das Türschloß bzw. der Schlüssel klemmt etwas, das kann bis zu 3 MInuten dauern, bis man im Zimmer ist. Ein neues Zimmertürschloß und schon gibt es insgesamt gar nichts zu bemängeln. Wie gesagt, die Unterkunft ist toll und ein gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältniss, vor allem die zentrale Lage. Wir werden wiederkommen.
