とても素晴らしい！

Pros: バンコクは初めてだったので利便性に不安がありましたが、この物件はNANA駅から近く、3軒隣にセブンイレブンがあります。NANA駅の近くにはスーパーマーケットもあるので、食料品を買ってこの物件で食事ができるのは助かりました。水も買って持ち帰れるのが便利でした。普段旅行中は外食が多く、麺類や揚げ物など味の濃い料理は飽きてしまうのですが、この物件には必要な食器や鍋、フライパンが一通り揃っていて、大型冷蔵庫もあるので、気分に合わせて料理を作ることができます。 NANA駅も非常に便利な路線沿いにあり、大型ショッピングモールも1～3駅先にあります。バンコク中心部は交通量が多いので、タクシーよりも電車やボートの方が早くて安いです。移動時間と費用を考えると、NANA駅近くのこの物件は便利でおすすめです。建物にはエレベーターがなく、4階か5階ですが、特に不便は感じませんでした。ホテルとは違い、まるで自分の家にいるような感覚です。洗濯機と乾燥機も完備されているので、衣類などの荷物も少なくて済みます。長期滞在にも最適です。

Cons: 立地も良く、駅までの道は賑やかです。特にパブやバーが多く、私のようにお酒を飲むのが好きな外国人で賑わっています。お子様連れのご家族には刺激が強すぎるかもしれませんので、夜は家族で出かけるのがおすすめです。
