Pros: The staff is very nice. They'll answer any doubt you may have. Location is superb if you wanna go for lgbt venues (not far, not too close), and also for transport in general

Cons: There is a construction site (new building) which is noisy from 8am to 6pm. They only stop Sundays. I wish I'd know it before. Also I was informed when arriving that the check-in was not possible and had to wait. I'm fine with it if you tell me I'm advance but not when there coz I lose my ability to plan. Anyway I recommend it. It is not a noisy street and the apartment is huge for the money, plus quite clean

Heaven and Hell

Pros: Amazing City Views. Location. Large balcony. No rats.

Cons: No television. Mediocre WiFi (slow and unstable). Apartment should have been cleaner. Kitchen had few kitchen gadgets. I had to request a portable cooking ring and a microwave oven. There was no table for the microwave oven. No toaster. Kitchen was only accessible by going though the bedroom.
