Modern Sukhumvit house near Phrakanong BTS station

Pros: This really is a lot of house for the money - bedrooms kept popping up every time we turned a corner! The proximity to the BTS station was a major plus yet it was still nice and quiet given how close to everything we were. Communication from the owner was instantaneous and clear.

Great house for a group stay in Bangkok

Pros: We stayed here for a family holiday with 7 people. It’s a beautiful home, freshly renovated. It’s a very large property with 4 floors, & really does have 5 bathrooms. The owner & manager were very attentive to anything we needed. The house could easily host a group of 10 using existing beds, but there is plenty of floor space on the top floor for even more. The location is super quiet, especially on the higher floors where the bedrooms are. We got great sleep. We loved the location, close to malls, restaurants and the BTS train. There are cheap eats nearby too, with Uncle Liu’s Chinese around the corner that is very popular with foreigners & locals.

Cons: There are a lot of stairs to climb as most of the bedrooms are on 3 & 4 floor (or 2 & 3 floor in British/Australian counting). But there are plenty of ACs that work well to keep you cool after you get exercise climbing the stairs. :) Thailand is hot and you have to drink a lot of water. Maybe one improvement to house could be to add a large water cooler. Even if guests had to pay for replacement bottles, it would be cheaper than buying water from the local shops.

Pros: It's a comfortable and a welcoming house for families. The staff was always responsive and supportive. The house was well cleaned and we were provided with everything we needed. It looks exactly like the photos.
