4 mins to MRT Sutthisan

Pros: It's a really nice and comfortable apartment and there are shops very close to it. Everything was super clean, the host was kind as well.

Cons: It's a bit far from BTS/MRT stations on foot.

Cozy, well-equipped apartment in a convenient area

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment was cute, cozy, and had plenty of space for my clothes. The lighting made it feel really charming, and the balcony and comfy couch were great. I also used the TV as a second monitor for work, which was super helpful. Check-in was smooth, Wi-Fi worked well, and the area was very convenient — lots of cafés, shops, restaurants, and even a 7-Eleven at the end of the street. It wasn’t exactly 4 minutes to the metro (a bit further), but I didn’t mind since I used the bus routes anyway. Overall, a lovely and easy stay!

What a wonderful stay

Pros: very clean, good location and good value for money

Cons: noise from the project

Pros: Дуже зручне місце з погляду транспорту. Поруч автобуси майже в будь яку точку БКК. Метро трохи далеко, але це таке. Прям під будинком 7-11, через дорогу Лотус та багато кафешек. Не туристичне місце, а це однозначно плюс. Також, ми попросили деякі кухонні штуки, нам із радістю їх доставили.

Cons: Інтернет нестабільний

Very wonderful, if I was going to live here in Thailand I would live here.

Pros: I loved how clean it was, and how there were washing machines on each floor.

Cons: I didn’t like the construction going but I understand that it’s still a new property so I don’t hold this against them.
