Excellent and affordable stay in prime location

Pros: Nice and quiet area, centrally located. The host is very nice and responsive. We chose a small cozy room, which was nice, but we were not sure if there were also bigger rooms. The host gave us the tour of the other rooms upon request. Next time, we will take the bigger rooms. Private building on a quiet street.

Cons: Everything was OK, I wish they had their own cafe, which they are now opening shortly. I saw the work going on with the coffee machine

Very nice and affordable, will come back again

Pros: The property is located in a very nice area, with easy access to everything. I tried but cannot find any other place at this price in the area. Nice and affordable quite street. Easy access to stores and cafes, and the BTS is not too far away. The host is nice, he let us check in early for free, and he was also very responsive regarding my questions about the area

Pros: It's very private. Easy access to food and transportation. Though the bathroom is outside my room, there was only 2 of us using it. Aircon and wifi are working well. Good place to stay if u want a quiet area.

Cons: Rooms are not soundproof so if other tenants come home late night and not being considerate, they could be loud.
