Pros: Room size if big fits for 4 guest and basic facilities is complete. Strategic location walking distance for direct train station to airport, easy food access and the area of pratunam market itself for shopping

If you are planning to go shopping, this place is one of the best options.

Pros: The room was spacious even with 2-queen size beds and 4 luggage inside. The AC worked really well, basic toiletries (shampoo & soap), towels, hairdryer, all provided, and there's hot water too. The location was exactly at the market, you won't be starving in this area; there were 2 7-11 stores nearby, massage/reflexology around the corner. Going to Platinum, Central World, Tofu Skin can be reach by walking. The owner was very flexible and communicative, he/she answered our questions very quick, in English.

Cons: The location. It's like 2-side of coins; like and dislike. I/we liked it because we got everything we wanted easily but in the same time we had trouble when directing/searching for taxi or grab to pick up/drop us. It really is in the market and the alley/surrounding a lit bit worrying because there's a homeless sleeping in front of our door access (we are all women). Other than that, it would be nice if the owner can provide more toilet tissue and/or water.

Comfortable & convenient for travelers in a group

Pros: Its a great space, suitable for people in groups of 3-5. My friends and I enjoyed our time and we loved the privacy. Its located right near the busy streets of Pratunam, walking out you get so many options of food and clothes shopping everywhere. Platinum Mall is about a few mins walk, and this definitely is the place to book if youre in Bangkok to shop til you drop. Overall it was comfortable, the tv has netflix & youtube. Bathroom is clean and they provided shampoo and body wash. and there is an elevator that leads up to your room. The area isnt too scary or shady in my opinion, everyone is friendly on the streets and its the most convenient place to stay cos everything you need is nearby.
