Residence on Sathorn CBD

Great location

Pros: The location was a short walk to Suan Plu, Sala Daeng and Silom. The pool was lovely. Rooms were huge and had a balcony to hang washing after using the washing machine in the kitchen. Loved the Flying Turtle at the pool.

Cons: The pillows were too big and too hard. All facilities except the pool were locked. It seemed like an illegal airB&B, the security were very concerned about letting us in. It's called Sathorn Gardens, sometimes they call it The Residence, can be confusing

Pros: It was very nice stay, very convenient and good location, just across the road and walk too Saladaeng and Silom or take MRT or BTS.

Cons: The whole building is very old and the water taps in all bathrooms and sink needs to be replaced, more lichen utensils and kitchen cloth.

Comfortable

Pros: excellent location. Comfy, clean apartment with all amenities including washing machine and laundry detergent, swimming pool and tennis court. Grand lobby, breezy and comfortable to wait in

Cons: Keys left with security guard who doesn't speak English. Asked for flat number but we weren't informed of that. He saw our printout had \

Good

Pros: The location was great, close to most areas where I wanted to visit. I like how there is street food withing walking distance. The pool and tennis area were awesome.

Cons: The place was advertised as 2 bed and 2 bath however only one of the showers was working. Also, a washing machine was available but no dryer.

A great property that I would stay at again.

Pros: This property was ideal for my family. The unit had two bathrooms which is a must for my sons mother. The unit also had a washer machine that was so usefull and appreciated. I also like the key code access to the room, this allowed for freedom of movement by each member of out party of four. The Pool! Its huge, well maintained, and shaded by beautiful skyscrappers! By far my favorite feature of the place. Also the great price.

Cons: The living room could use a couple of longe chairs so a group of four can share the living room and watch a movie in comofrt. The bed was a little firm for my kids Mom. More Towels. refridgerator wiggles and needs adjustment. Paint on the light switch covers, should be wiped off with nail polish remover or paint thiner. Unit would benifit from a deep detailed cleaning.

Prima plek om een paar dagen te verblijven in Bangkok! Het zwembad was echt top!

Pros: Het zwembad was fantastisch en de centrale ligging in de stad.

Cons: Bedden vrij hard.

Ontzettend fijne plek voor een drukke stad als Bangkok, wij komen zeker terug!

Pros: Een geweldige plek voor een verblijf van een korte week met ons gezin! Fijn gebouw, fijne mensen, fijn appartement. Het appartement had erg veel en de locatie was prima! Bedden waren fijn, wasmachine was goed, leefruimte was licht en groot en de slaapkamers waren heel comfortabel. Erg prettig verblijf en Ern is een super host.

Cons: Enkele details: - het klopt dat het gebouw en het appartement niet super nieuw zijn, maar het is echt meer dan prima. - er zouden iets meer handdoeken voor een langer verblijf klaargelegd kunnen worden. - er zou iets meer keukengerei kunnen zijn.

Amazing!

Pros: It was bright, clean, spacious and the bed was so soft and comfortable! It has all the amenities of an apartment, including wifi, towels, hairdryer, iron, soap, shampoo. Host also answered a lot of my questions including late check-in (which is not to worry as I could pick up the card from security that is 24/7).

Pros: Sehr groẞe Wohnung, viel Platz! Sogar mit Küche und Waschmaschine. Toller Pool und sogar mit kleinem Spielplatz. Ideal für Familien.

Pros: La piscine, les jeux pour les enfants, le silence du condo, la vue sur Bangkok, la place de parking et la communication proactive avec les propriétaires, la proximité avec le marché de Suanplu.

Cons: Les odeurs des canalisations dans la salle de bain et le mobilier pourrait être améliorer, par exemple une table plus grande avec 4 chaises pour les repas.
