Great, quiet place with friendly people
Pros: This is a simple, clean apartment in a quieter area. With a Motortaxi you are at BTS ekkamai in 5min. I really liked the area which had more of a local vibe, but still options for restaurants and bars. The service personal was exceptional friendly, it was no problem to get some additional bedsheets or towels for my longer stay. If you have sleep problems the area might be a perfect fit, I had no noise at all in my room. Great value for money.
Cons: The beds are hard, no problem for me but if you need a soft mattress for good sleep this isn't for you. Bathroom is not so well designed which makes showering a bit bothersome, but that's only a minor inconvenience.

Pros: The Presidential room on the 7th floor is huge. The bed mattress was fairly hard, but passable. No TV, but I didn't need one. Great view of the skyline. Very quiet. Restaurants and bars are a short walk away.
Cons: The mattress could have been softer.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for one night before my flight out of Kathmandu. The hotel has only recently opened, so the menu is still limited and there isn't a full restaurant yet. However, there’s a cozy café on the ground floor where you can buy fresh pastries and enjoy a really good coffee. In the morning, they prepared breakfast for me — an omelet, toast, and fruit. It was all very tasty! The room was excellent — everything was new, clean, and very comfortable. I was especially pleased with the friendly and attentive staff. Overall, it’s a great option to stay.

Nice apartment, tough transit city
Pros: The kitchen was good. We were on 7th floor which has a great view.
Cons: Bangkok has awkwardly developed transportation, it's either very expensive (Grab) or very complicated and slow (buses and subway and little private buses and lots of walking) to get anywhere. An ideal location would be right on the mass transit line, this apartment is up a long alley, ride the blue private songthiew to the BTS once you get the hang of it.
