Maruay Living Apartment 509 (Khaosan/Chinatown/Samyot MRT)

Value for money

Pros: The biggest plus is the price. A good sized clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The building is old and the entrance hidden a bit up the driveway but it was easy to find and the lady in reception was expecting me and very welcoming. A nice view of a high temple from the small balcony. Snacks and water provided were a nice extra. I would definitely stay again.

Cons: Communication prior was non-existent with messages asking for arrival instructions not replied to which led to some concerns but there were no problems at all when I arrived.

7 Nights at Bangkok Apartment

Pros: Loved the location. Secure and clean apartment. Staff were very helpful. Large room, refrigerator, kettle, wifi, many channels on tv, perfect air con, clothes washing facilities, and an elevator. Small balcony with a great view of the Golden Mount. I extended my stay and I would recommend these apartments

Pros: Its a nice place to live around. The people are friendly. There is less but sufficient food options available around and 7eleven is minutes walk away. Apartment is good with a nice clean AC, Big TV, Free Snacks and coffee with water bottles, Hair dryer and a nice big toilet/shower with shelf to keep your stuff. nothing too fancy. Calm location without too much noise and people. It is somewhat cooler than Khao San. For this price you won’t get such big rooms with elevators in the crowded locations around Bangkok. You might have to walk a bit or use grab if you wish to go over to Khao Sam or find places with Music and Drinks.

Cons: Everything was just right. No issues.

Excellent Location Clean Apartment

Pros: The apartment is located in the center of all attractions. You can walk around and look around, it's one of the best experiences I've had in the city. The store is very close (Seven Eleven), about 200 meters. This is the best place to plan your Bangkok tour. I'm pleased with my stay.

Lovely place, friendly staff, perfect location!

Pros: Amazing location, nice, specious and clean room, very friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable, there is a table if you need to work, Wi-Fi is good. The street this apartment located on has quite a few places to eat delicious food. Also famous Michelin star street food restaurant of Jay Fai is 3 min away! 20 min walk to Khao San road. Highly recommended :)

Heerlijk en grote kamer

Pros: De kamer is super ruim en beschikt over veel spullen. Er stond een welkomstpakket met noodles en water. De badkamer is ook super ruim. Uitzicht op een tempel! Grote koelkast. Er is altijd wel iemand beneden, dit geeft een veilig gevoel.

Cons: De douche liep niet goed weg. Geluid van de gang, zeker met wind. Je moet door een parkeerplaats naar binnen.

Pros: Chambre confortable avec les équipements nécessaires pour quelques jours. Machine à laver disponible au rez-de-chaussée (30 ou 40 bht). On peut rejoindre le palais royal, Chinatown et Khaosan Road en une vingtaine de minutes à pied.
