Good stay

Pros: This is easily one of the most amazing properties in Bangkok! As a studio apartment, it offers the convenience of a full kitchen, which is perfect for travelers who enjoy a home-cooked meal. The facilities are top-tier, including an incredible pool that is a highlight of the stay. Above all, the owner and staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring every need is met. Highly recommended for a comfortable and seamless stay!

Staff can be more friendly and honest

Pros: The connectivity to BTS station, easily available amenities like 7/11 in the complex and great locality.

Cons: The checkout behavior of the staff was rude. Expecting your guests to understand hours long powercut at the time of checkin and not giving them 5 mins of time to stay in the lobby while our cab was on the way to the location, was totally unfair. We were literary asked by the cleaner to wait outside in the heat with our luggage. Also, so we were told that we will be accompanied by the staff in their convenience to the hotel for checkin. It happened at out expense as the staff said they don't have accomodation so why this false narrative? All of this was understood and made peace with until what happened at the time of checkout (which we did timely).

Pros: Apartment is perfect. Pool is wonderful. Nice location close to.metro

Cons: We got questioned on our first day by security saying no hotel.booking is allowed. Didnt have any issues after.
